Ordering

Products must be ordered in increments of 2 to receive your additional 5% discount, up to 25% Off. For example: 2 products/5% Off; 4 products/10% Off; 6 products/15% Off; 8 products/20% Off; 10 products/25% Off. Maximum discount allowed is 25% Off.

CME Shipping

If you order the Downloadable format, you will be provided access to your downloadable content once your order is processed.  All orders received by 12pm EST, Monday – Friday will be processed same day and you will receive an email with your insructions for downloading.  If your order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be processed the next business day.  If you choose to order Hard Copies of the materials for an additional fee of $59 per module, your shipping is included in the price of the product for the 48 contiguous United States and will be sent by Fed-ex^® ground, usually arriving in 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous US is available and additional fees apply. Please call our office at 866-267-4263 to complete your order.  If you process your order online and are outside the 48 contiguous United States, we will contact you requesting payment for additional shipping charges. Orders will NOT be shipped prior to payment.
