We understand that personal health issues and concerns, along with hospital policies and restrictions, have put many in a position where they cannot travel, and we respect your decision. We also know that this doesn’t apply to everyone, and for those of you who wish to travel, we want to respect your need for time away from every day life to participate in distraction-free education.

We have implemented the following precautionary measures:

• Touchless sign-in
• Increased daily cleaning of conference rooms and audience response units
• Hand sanitizing stations easily located throughout the conference
• Face masks are optional, but recommended (unvaccinated attendees should still wear a mask)

Status of Live Speakers:

With that said, American Medical Seminars wants to honor and respect the comfortability of ALL in attendance, including our speakers. Because of this, we want to inform you of a high probability that some of our speakers will be unable to travel to our conference locations. In these instances, the presenting speakers will connect remotely in ‘real-time’ to present their lectures. You will still have the opportunity and ability to interact and get your questions answered.

This format will allow us to continue to hold our live conferences for those who are willing and able to travel, while also respecting those who choose not to. For our customers that prefer the comforts of their own home, we continue to offer these conferences in a live webinar format.

We look forward to things returning to normal, but until then, we thank you for your understanding as we navigate our way through this uncharted territory.
